The family sized kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven and six ring gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Tea, coffee, sugar and condiments are provided for your convenience.

The comfortable lounge has a wood fired stove (we will provide fire starters, kindling and logs for your first fire in the colder weeks).

The smart TV has Sky TV (including Sky Cinema) and Netflix.

The games room is TV free with a trunk full of traditional board games and a bookshelf with a variety of books to choose from.

There is a jigsaw puzzle board under the sofa!

We benefit from superfast broadband to enable you to work effectively.

This room also has a dog flap to suit up to a medium size dog, which can be closed if not required.

Garden

The private walled garden is a delightful sun trap with gas BBQ, 'casual dining' patio furniture and recliners. The summer sun is captured until the last moments of the day. This is a secure space for dogs and children with access to the front and the back of the house.
